Safeguarding the personal safety of construction workers and promoting the safety production of enterprises are the top priority of enterprise management. In order to popularize first aid knowledge, ZHUOER-TECH invited a safety lecturer from the mission center to teach CPR first aid methods and occupational health precautions to employees at 9 am on September 28.
The lecturer of the missionary center described the first aid knowledge of CPR, including artificial respiration, chest compression, airway infarction, etc. Using human model as a demonstration teaching method, combining the theory of rescue knowledge, rescue skills with daily life examples, this paper summarizes six operation steps of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) - judgment consciousness, loud cry for help, rescue posture, chest compression, airway ventilation and artificial respiration.
Combined with slide show and on-site action demonstration, the lecturer communicated with you on the possible emergencies and effective first aid measures. After the lecture, the training colleagues spontaneously joined in the on-site simulation operation drill to deepen the understanding and mastery of emergency care knowledge.
The second sector of training focuses on prevention and improvement of occupational diseases. The lecturer enumerated the identification of periarthritis of shoulder, cervical spondylosis, lumbar muscle strain and other diseases and the methods to alleviate the pain; at the same time, he also guided the prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hypertension and other diseases.
The lecturer advocated that everyone should understand health knowledge, pay attention to healthy diet and proper exercise, correctly understand occupational diseases, and comprehensively understand the methods of prevention and treatment of occupational diseases.
After this training, not only the safety awareness and self-rescue, first aid and mutual assistance ability of ZHUOER-TECH trainees have been improved, but also the awareness of occupational disease prevention and control has been enhanced. Next, ZHUOER-TECH will implement this training to every employee in the enterprise, so that everyone becomes a safety officer, establish a sense of health and safety, improve the overall quality of the body, promote the harmonious and stable development of the enterprise.
